The keyword search searches the LigASite database for occurrence of
that keyword.
Either the non-redundant or the redundant database can be searched.
The search is case-insensitive.
A ligand can typically only be identified by its HET code.
The protein name search searches the COMPND record of the
PDB entries in LigASite.
Sequence similarity search
The query sequence is compared to the LigASite sequences using BLAST.
The returned sequences are ordered according to E-value and
percentage of sequence identity.
The minimum length for the query sequence is five residues.
Structural similarity search
The structural similarity search is domain-based, using the CATH
classification.
Useful search keys are CATH domain superfamily codes (ie, 3.40.440.10)
or PDB identifiers.
The minimum length for the query is 3 characters.
The search is case-insensitive.
