A ligand can typically only be identified by its HET code.
The protein name search searches the COMPND record of the PDB entries in LigASite.

The query sequence is compared to the LigASite sequences using BLAST. The returned sequences are ordered according to E-value and percentage of sequence identity.
The minimum length for the query sequence is five residues.

The structural similarity search is domain-based, using the CATH classification.
Useful search keys are CATH domain superfamily codes (ie, 3.40.440.10) or PDB identifiers.
The minimum length for the query is 3 characters. The search is case-insensitive.
